This is a well-kept, safe, secure and impressively designed bed & breakfast establishment. Too far out of the centre of Hermaus to walk to, but only a short drive. A very quiet location when we were there in April of 2013.

Fantastic place to stay, great location and very friendly. Went with friends and the couple that runs the guesthouse were really helpful and went out their way to make us feel welcome. They also do a cracking breakfast.

Our final 2 night stop after nearly two busy weeks in SA provided the respite and relaxation sought. Our hosts were awaiting us and ushered us to a spacious clean room with gorgeous views. We had booked just the one night as we were on our way to the Garden Route - and really wished we'd stayed longer. A wonderful guest house - one of the best we've ever stayed in. the Bamboo guest House is a lovely place to stay in Hermanus. The hosts Sue and Jim make you feel like being part of their familiy. The breakfast which they prepare personally is alone already a reason to spend the night in Hermanus in the Bamboo Guest House.

Thank you Sue and Jimmy, I had a great time in Hermanus. Your place is so lovely! The cliff paths are stunning and the beaches in Hermanus are beautiful.... AND I need to mention the breakfast. It was awesome - Sue's home-made bread is delicious!!!
