“A great cosy spot for a winter visit to Stellies”

Don't miss out. Fynbos is centrally located, the staff is wonderful and the overall stay great. I enjoyed the easy going nature of the place. Nice parking area compared to some other guest houses. The manager was quite cute too...

We stayed one night after attending a wedding in Stellenbosch. The venue is in a good location and the rooms, while old fashioned, were comfortable but it's way overpriced for what it has to offer, R900 for 2 people is quite steep. The television in the bedroom has only SABC channels and Mweb, no DStv & breakfast is very average.... More

“A Delightful Stay”

I had a wonderful time at Fynbos. The accommodations were clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the staff coordinating an amazing vineyard tour for one of my days. In fact, my whole stay in Stellenbosch was a wonderful memory. Fynbos is very close to the beautiful Stellenbosch University as well.

My husband's family stayed in the main house of Fynbos a few years ago and enjoyed it, so when we had to book accommodation to attend a wedding in Stellenbosch this was an easy choice. I was, however, disappointed when we arrived and were told that we were to stay in the Annex, Meulstroom, which certainly did not live up... More

“Our home away from home”

Every university holiday we stay at Fynbos fetching and returning our son to Stellenbosch University, Fynbos has become our home away from home. Wonderful staff, warm and welcoming reception and comfy rooms make our stay always a pleasure. We will be back. The Perrings.

“Absolutely lovely”

This b+b is superb, the interiors are lovely, the rooms spacious and clean, the service excellent, parking round the back and a pool really all we could ask for. The center of town is a 5 minute walk away. Would recommend.

“Quiet location”

This is a great location close to all amenities but in a very quiet safe area. Breakfast is brill and the loveliest most obliging cook. Very pleasant and helpful staff would definitely return. Outside accommodation very spacious there was no need for us to book two separate rooms and would have had plenty of space in one aapartment.

Back here for my 7 th visit and welcomed like family. The staff are exceptional and can't do enough for you. The variety of rooms means that they cater for all types of visitors.
