Excellent big room and clean bathroom, big bed. Helpful staff who speak English and have great suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The location is very safe and very close to all local attractions (close to parks, squares, banks, galeria pacifico, Calle Florida, etc...). Breakfast was very good and included in the price. Hotel was in a good location near to the subway and a large shopping mall. Rooms were large and clean. Front desk service was excellent.

I could not believe it. Very large rooms, great service and attention. The staff was fantastic. Always trying to help and accomodate. Maybe the place is missing a gym but the location is great, and the rooms very modern, clean and well kept. A true value for the price. Very recomendable
