We stayed for 4 nights- the rooms are very nice and big; and the personal at the desk was very helpuful with booking restaurants tips of the city; but a very noisy street (Microcentro)

For the price you pay, it`s the best you can get. Didn`t like the location, the noise from the street, the towels (too old) and the cleanliness of the sheets and toilet. Liked the size of the room, the size of the bed, the lcd TV, the AC and the design of the room.

Staff was extremely accomodating before and during our stay.

Although the hotel is located in the center and the stuff is really friendly and helpful the rooms are too expensive. The windows needed to be fixed, it was loud even with closed windows. It had a jacuzzi in the bathroom but it was not inviting to use it. The breakfast was only basic.

The Boutique Zen Suite Hotel is a great spot to base your stay in Buenos Aires. Not only is it well situated to get around, it is clean, spacious and has lovely big bathrooms. What a pleasure , the rooms were clean, comfortable, great TV< CD etc the bathrooms fantastic and the Spa , pool and facilities a pleasure. The staff were warm , friendly and so helpful - would recommend this place to everybody !!!!!!!!!
