Brilliant location but small rooms and the ac didn't work and they couldn't repair it even though we complained. The pool is smaller than the jacuzzi I have at home :-) breakfast was nice. Views from the room are pathetic , if I go again am not using this hotel for sure

Location is best thing here, bang in the middle of Palermo's bars and boutiques. A small hotel, with ultra friendly staff (thanks heaps, Sergio and George!). Public areas are inner-city-cool, room was a bit bland but very comfortable and a good size. Small pool on the roof was very welcome.

Excelent location, very quiet place. Modern hotel enviroment, nice staff and very good beakfast ( included ). Free internet. Inside the room, WIFI didn't conect well. We didn't appreciate rooms enlightenment so they used only focal spots bringing some troubles to my wife's during make up. Beside this, we full recommend this boytique hotel. Staff were amazing. Photos are not a true reflection of rooms. All comfy and clean but old. Paint peeling, doors squeak, bath old and flakey. It is a good hotel in a great location but it is advertised and priced above the quality it delivers. The staff are fantastic though.

There is so much to love about The Ultra. We really enjoyed our stay here. The lobby areas (lounge, library, outdoor terrace, casual restaurant) were fabulous and extremely comfortable. perfect lighting at night, great, eclectic music constantly changing, super comfy sofas.
