Except localization , everythingis very bad ! WIFI not accessible everywere rooms are very very old (humidity on the walls that destroys the paint, old and broken furniture...) exercise room is just a joke: only 2 running machines, and room very small I even had issues during 3 days without hot water in the bathroom and even asking to repair... I travelled to BA for a congress recently and was booked into the Hotel Cristofo Colombo by the booking agent. The website pictures on the website looked great and the explanation of the facilities sounded fantastic. The other big plus was that the hotel was a very short walk from the La Rural Congress centre. On arrival at the hotel,... More

We chose it because it was very near La Rural, and we thought the price was worth it. The rooms are old, specially the mattresses. The bathtub was ruined and dirty, and it was clogged. The heating was only for the living room, so the room itself didn't have an air conditioner and it was freezing. We lost 2 breakfasts,... More

I stayed here for 2 weeks with a group of 18 people on a study tour from the University of Massachusetts (USA), so I’m not sure about the cost, as it was part of our tuition fee. My roommate and I were in a 3-room suite, and I enjoyed our stay very much. Although the bedroom area was a little... More

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The room we got was relatively spacious, it had a kitchenette and a balcony, the bathroom was small but clean. The hotel itself is very old, and has ample room for renovation. It is well located, it is close to the zoo, the botanical garden and not far from the... More

We stayed there as we had to make an unexpected stop on the way to Brasil. The rooms are small and tired and would be rated 3 star... breakfast is good although service is slow. The location is good with plenty of nice restaurants in the vicinity. The staff tried to help, but there English was poor. Value for money would... More

Rooms are very old and mold. Beds are bad. Very noisy room. Breakfast starts only at 7 am. Water in the shower is not hot. Ugly room. Old kitchen inside the room (door does not close).

Although the hotel looks fancy when you first stare at it, when you finally come into your room (our check-in took 3 hours) you realize it is old. The best is the location, near restaurants, cafes, bars and the zoo, and also the size os the room (the one I stayed was big). The worst problem is the staff that... More

I am currently staying in this hotel right now, and I am writing this review out of frustration for the terrible experience that I have had here. I am only staying here one night, but it's has been more than enough. The service staff are rude, and the condition of the hotel is very bad. It is 4.30 am now,... More

Because our favorite hotel was booked for one night, we need an alternative hotel. In a similar price class, not too far away, we found this hotel and booked it. We first called the hotel and asked for the rate, this turned out to be 20 dollars more than the rate on booking, so we booked it through booking. Upon... More
