Pros 1. SPG so we got benefits and earned points 2. Good lobby bar 3. Less expensive than the Park Hyatt Cons 1. Not well maintained, dirty 2. Service was very average. 3. Beds were uncomfortable Overall a decent option but very lackluster and average.

Very comfortable bed, good location, wonderful views and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Club lounge/reception needs some attention. Used to be better with wine selections and more food. Not sure what has happened to that. Very nice now that smoking is banned in the casinos. Best hotel gym in all of mendoza, but massage rooms could use a little music.

Comfortable bed, nice furnishings and an excellent bathroom. Separate shower and tub, which I like. Amenities weren't the best though. Breakfast was really not befitting of a hotel of this standing... Fake juice, stale eggs. Basically in Mendoza there are too many hotels and not enough guests so they are all just a little bit empty and echoey..

Sheraton is a solid brand that will always be a solid choice, but the Sheraton Mendoza is better than most. Updated rooms, good location. But the staff out-shines the other good amenities. I stayed here with my girlfriend whilst doing wine tours in the region. The hotel is very nice and modern. The rooms are clean and large. Fantastic location, very clean and well-appointed near the downtown area of Mendoza. The facilities are great - one of the best hotel gyms I have been to! The rooms were clean and nice and the staff were very helpful and kind throughout our stay. Superb service!
