We stayed for 3 nights in Mendoza. The hotel has good breakfast, good WiFi and a good location. But it is a little bit expensive for the quality off the rooms.

Very worn down hotel. Lobby looks new but all other parts of the hotel is falling apart. We got an upgrade to a superior room. If should only stay at Crillon if you're using the hotel as a night stay - other than that, try another one. The location is awesome, it's near almost everything in the city.

Poor value given state of the rooms and level of service. I was told one price and then charged another and the pool was never open when i was there. The pool isnt even in the hotel. Good location.

Apart from the location, this hotel has nothing going for it! Dirty, smelly, and awful breakfast. Avoid it like the plague.
