I was sent here due other hotel where I have a reservation( Exclusive hotel) from the same chain , dumped me there, telling me that was a better hotel etc( theu have no romm available for me ,, after I had a reserve!!!!. this is not a 4 star hotel. At best 3 star. Downside: The rooms are cleaned only on demand, the restaurant menu is very limited, some towels were torn. Upside: great service by Gustavo the recepcionist, good location, very quiet, great pool area.

Room for two adults and two children was larger than expected --- One private bedroom and the living room had two twins/ sofas, with two full baths as well. Kitchenette with fridge... Also, free breakfast (everything was very fresh). The dinner was inexpensive with excellent service and better than average ambiance. It didn't hurt that the hotel was rather new... More
