Calm street, nice hotel. Boutique?... not really... but nice. If you don't mind walking 5 blocks to the city main restaurants, this place will pay you back in calm nights, friendly staff and honest breakfast.

The hotel is located on a quiet street within walking distance of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. There was some construction noise because of a water leak in the building next door, but other than that it was pretty quiet.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment that is not in the main building as the hotel. We were a family of four and thought this would be the best option but the apartment is not up to hotel standards. Great location and nice breakfast.

This place is an utter disaster - fundamentally nothing wrong with location, facilities etc, but what is outrageous is the Managers complete and utter disregard for any form of customer service (not sure he knows how to spell the word customer...) Hotel is in a great location in downtown Mendoza. Very convenient walking to shops, restaurants, main plaza and peotonal. Front desk staff was helpful, friendly and accomodating.
