Great location, excellent entrance, common area and good buffet/restaurant. The ground floor room, however, was old, humid and did not offer privacy unless one closed the curtains. The bed was a double (not a queen), the AC noisy and ineffective and it could certainly use an update.

Nice hotel, locatoed near the 3 rivers (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay) about a 2min taxi ride into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms looked a little outdated, but had all we needed plus a balcony to dry clothing, relax. Pool looked good (didn't swin though - too busy) free wifi and computer use in the lobby. Definately a good place to stop... More

This hotel was awesome! I wasn't expecting much having just come from lousy accommodations in Buenos Aires (Hotel Unique Art Madero), but I was pleasantly suprized. The decor in the lobby was just amazing... very colorful and well designed. That same sensibility continued into the rooms. They have a pool on location which was very much appreciated as the humidity... More

From what I saw in the town, this hotel is one of the better ones. Even though it was a little old and the attention was average it is a pretty safe bet for the area. For a couple of days it is enough to visit the falls.

Located just on the edge of Igauzu, very close to the point of Argentina which abuts Brazil and Paraguay. Lobby staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable but a little worn, all with views to the hotel grounds. Large open air swimming pool with bar adjacent. Some small shops in lobby area. Restaurant spacious with some tables on outside terrace. Breakfast... More

For $200, we expected better value. The breakfast ,which was one of the original "best of town" was the same daily- runny scrambled eggs, dry bread, canned fruit. The noise from tour buses idling woke us up like clockwork 0800. Front desk did not speak english and could not understand our request for double bed with extra cot for our child... More

We've been there on the last week end of Jan 2012 and you can see that the hotel lost its lustre over ten years ago. Staff is aloof (receptionist does not even look at you when taking your name and giving you your keys, both at check in and out, no cordial greeting, no smile), gives wrong directions as for... More

Stayed only one night whilst visiting the falls, which were spectacular. The room was very small but clean with a good jungle view. It is situated about a 15 minute walk to town along some very poorly maintained paths. I ate in town because I couldn't understand their menu, even the English translation didn't make sense. It rained that evening... More

The showers definitely sucked. I spent usually 20 minutes trying to get the temperature right and the water pressure was very low. I actually preferred not to shower, even though it was like 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside, because of the showers. The rooms also did have that old smell, which was a bit weird. The color scheme is also something... More

Pros: They had lots of variety/Item for Breakfast. There is a city bus stop just outside of the Hotel, which takes you to the Falls (Via Downtown/Centro). This city bus runs every 20mins and covers the time the Falls are open to the public. The City Bus takes approx 50mins to reach the Falls. Cons: The Bathroom (Sinks/Basins/Bath Tub etc)... More
