Having booked a double room by email we arrived after an overnight bus journey to find that our reservation had not been entered into the system. The reception staff were thoroughly unhelpful in sorting out the problem and we ended up staying elsewhere.
The lockers do not lock and there is no secure luggage storage. The communal areas are small....
