Overall rundown but consistent with the area. The dirty carpets soiled our crawling toddler's clothes until we confined her to her crib. A breakfast was also left in the microwave from the previous guest.

“Close in yet far out!”

this place has very friendly staff very nice rooms, excellent warm pool, and is right on the main Mesa drag. It's close to the Mesa Airport and about equidistant to Sky Harbor in Phoenix. rooms are nice and clean and have all the amenities you could want. we were pleased with the value for the dollar.

Flew into Phoenix, our group spent 6 days in Arizona, first and last night's were at Mezona Inn. First night was cheaper than last! “Okay place to stay will get better”

THis is a nice place to stay. When they finish building the train extention the train will stop right in front of the hotel then this place will be a great spot to stay. Rooms were nice the pool was very warm and you could easily swim in it even though it was cold outside.

Great location ! Rooms always promptly cleaned and ready. Outstanding staff- friendly, ready to help you( even when you didn't know you needed help!) Very good breakfast, friendly, helpful hostess in breakfast room. Loved it !

Nice for the price, good breakfast, but not what we expected. Desk clerk was very polite and friendly. But, was older hotel than expected and had a musty smell in the room. Comfortable bed though. Good for a stay over, but not for week long event.
