So the positives: #1 The Staff (Tim & Jeremy were great) they know the neighbourhood. The cleaning staff were friendly and cheerful. #2) Nice pool and hot tub (Open late 11:00 pm). #3 Location is excellent. 10 minute drive to Mesa Airport & surrounded by food, movies, & a shopping mall. Far enough away for peace.. #4 Air Conditioner Worked... More

I stayed at this hotel while making arrangements for my Grandma's funeral. I booked the hotel sight unseen knowing it was a Best Western. I have come to expect a slightly elevated level of satisfaction from this chain as opposed to other motels. This place looked like any other Motel 6 from the outside and the rooms were just as... We found this hotel online and booked through the Best Western website, arriving 3/30 for two nights. Friendly front desk clerk, but this night, the AC must've failed, as the door was propped open and it was very warm inside. No elevator to our 2nd floor room, #227, but we parked right next to the stairs. Room had two queens,... More

Tim and Jeremy were awesome hosts. We were very well taken care of. Location is in unbeatable for the price they requested. John the maintenance man did creep out a few of the females with us because he was around all of the time.

We got a rate of $79/night for 3 nights here but could have stayed at a much better place for $99 a night but we thought we'd try to save some money. The staff are great. Our room was on second floor with no elevator, so had to lug our stuff up. The bathroom fixtures were good -- fairly new.... More

Our group had only planned to stay at the hotel, but our host facility for the meeting had IT difficulties making having the meeting there very difficult. The hotel staff saved us by allowing us free use of the Breakfast/Conference Room. The speed of the wireless Internet was quite good, so we were able to have a very successful meeting.... More

I just returned from staying at this hotel. It was recommended through a hospice, and one other relative was already staying there. We were told from the relative that the hospice and this Best Western had worked out a deal where it was $64 per night (min. stay of 3 nights) for families visiting the dying patients at the hospice.... I stayed here because I have had decent experiences with Best Western in the past. Well not here. The fitness room ALL the equiptment did not work, electronics broken.Cheap and Worthless! They charged me a $10 fee per night that they don't tell you about up front for a baby. The continental breakfast was no good! The rooms were run... More
