Unusual designed, terraced hotel with lovely views over the mountains. Extremely helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Superb breakfast with all food home baked fresh each day and plentiful quantity. Comfortable seating areas inside and out.

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it. I spent my birthday there and they had the nice touch of leaving a small bottle of champagne in the room. There are no lows with this excellent place. Enjoyed our stay here. Unlike other reviewers we had no problem finding the place. It is well situated just a couple of blocks from the town. The room was large with a good balcony. There was ample hot water in the shower but the temperature was a bit erratic, especially if my husband flushed the toilet or ran the water... More

Our room was big, modern, clean and very charming. The staff is lovely and very caring. The town of Tilcara is very "rustic" but this hotel feels luxurious. Elvira who works on the room service and kitchen staff is so sweet. My husband was not feeling well and she brought him lots of tea and good food.
