The best thing about this hotel is the location, with a great view over the lake and the national park. BUT the rooms are very small and floors and stairs and passageways are very creaky old timbers. The hotel overlooks a quiet bay and the national park. Highly recommended as a place to stay away from the bariloche area. It is charming and quiet with clean and basic rooms. We visited in early March, and enjoyed the magical views..... the location is ovelooking the lake and wonderful garden, and a lovely place to relax with a cool beer after a hike/ bike etc. Certainly the stairs and corridors creak (all timber building), but we had no trouble sleeping........ Staff were helpful. Good value for money !
