This is a lovely hotel situated right on the lake but a little away from the main center of town where all the shops are located. Our room was large. Everything worked and the view was spectacular. Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient. The only disappointment was breakfast. The flame to keep the hot food warm had gone out... More

My partner and I stayed 3 nights in the Hotel Cacique Inacayal, the hotel is in a great scenic spot overlooking a lake and is a ten minute walk from the Bariloche shopping centre. The rooms were clean and spacious, swimming pool was excellent, the downstairs bar area particulary in the evening has good soft night club style lighting creating... More

Excellent facilities and service, right on the lake. Bountiful breakfast buffet with a variety of delicious fresh fruit as well as the usual Argentinian fare. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. We booked a standard room, but it was near the street and noisy which disturbed my sleep. Because of this, the staff upgraded us to a... More

This new, well equipped and superbly staffed lake front hotel is one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in. Breakfasts are sumptuous. Rooms are large. Ours opened out to an expansive patio, a huge lawn and the lake itself. I could swim in the hotel pool or the lake. We were booked by our travel agent into a miserable,... More

We stayed here with Grand Circle and we all got lakeview rooms. No complaints except the Bariloche wind was too strong to leave window open. Good included dinner one evening...we were almost the only ones in dining room. The airport is open so hopefully people will return to Bariloche. More

We stayed 3 nights at the Cacique Inacayal. The hotel it is not in down town but five blocks it is not too much. We had a spacious room with a view to the lake. In fact all the building was in good conditions and in conditions to to deserve the four stars that were at the door. However we... More

We enjoyed our two nights at Cacique Inacayal. We had one of the new rooms and it was large and well appointed with exceptional views of the lake. The only negative was that it was a short drive into town, not walkable at night. More

Great location and very nice appearance and layout. Rooms lack individual temperature controls and can be very hot, even in cool weather. Would need to keep room door open in order to get good ventilation, obviously not doable. Would give this 5 stars if you could control room temperature. Rooms and common areas appeared newly redone and extremely clean. Restaurant... More

We have had a superior room faCingular the lago so the waves just "landed" in our room which was located in floor 2. Stuff at front desk helped us in making reservations for the restaurants and for the boat at villa angostura. Very efficient and friendly. The stuff during breakfast though was much less attentive!!!
