We were charged for 5 people instead of 2. Manager refused to refund our money. He was unfriendly and did not like Americans. Also there were children unsupervised by their parents yelling and screaming at 11 pm Until one got hurt. More

This is an ok hotel for its price, you can ask much for the money they charge you... nice and hlpful staff although the rooms are not the best. Good location, although banos is such a small town that almost every hotel has a good location. More
