What a beautiful relaxing resort. I have just spent 7 days at the Sinalei and have enjoyed the warm welcoming staff so much that I am looking at booking again next year. All the food ( which is sourced locally ) was fantastic and was well prepared and presented, the accommodation ( garden fale ) was nicely laid out and... More

What a beautiful resort! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by spending a week at Sinalei and loved every moment. The location is spectacular, the gardens are lush and beautiful with paths and boardwalks to get around, the room very comfortable, the food is excellent and the staff very friendly. We loved the use of local ingredients, and the Samoan... More

My husband and I recently spent a lovely 5 nights at Sinalei. Our holiday didn't start well as when we arrived at 1am we were put into a Garden fale when we expected to be in a Beachside fale. We were told that there was no-one who could change anything until after 9am. The room was quite comfortable but just... More

My wife and I have just spent a week at Sinalei, for the first time since the tsunami - we had previous stays in 2006 and 2007. It has been beautifully and courageously re-built and is now better than ever. The GM, Sose Annandale, is still there of course, as are several staff whom we remembered well from last time.... More

We have recently returned from a wonderful 5 nights at the Sinalei resort. It was our first visit to Samoa and we were very impressed. The Sinalei is a quiet, relaxed resort and was just what I was hoping for. We loved the peacefulness and the friendly staff. The food at the restaurant was so much better than I was... More

Talofa Simply Sublime, Great feedback. We note your comments re the Tapas. Hope we can improve on this before your next visit. Good to hear you enjoyed the Tuna Burger which is a goody but oldie for us since it was taken off our menu (temporarily) recently when the Cook was trying out new dishes. As always it is with... We spent five wonderful nights at the Sinalei resort recently. We booked two garden fales, one for us and the other for our sons. The rooms were great with an outdoor bathroom. The staff we very welcoming, friendly and very helpful considering we left one of our bags behind and they put it into a taxi for us to be met... More

We had a quick 4 day stay at Sinalei Resort and Spa. Right from the pick up at the airport through to the return the friendly service was apparent. The resort is located right on the beach with great views over the lagoon and out to the reef. The resort doesn't allow children under 12, and was nice and quiet... More

I'd been staying in budget fales for most of my Samoa trip but decided to stay somewhere nicer for the last couple of nights after my girlfriend had joined me. There's no doubt the setting is beautiful and the room was nice enough. However, some aspects of the service were extremely disappointing: 1) We only had cold water for the... More

We spent 7 nights at the Sinalei, it is a very nice small resort. We had booked a garden fale, which was small, basic but with great view of the beach and had a fantastic outdoor bathroom. Loved that! Day three we were upgraded because of overnight noise - well done management! Now in a Beach Suite, two bedroom lounge,... More

Talofa Peaceful Stay. Many thanks for sharing your comments. Yes, Sinalei is about peace, tranquility and rejuvenation - food for the soul indeed. Note your views re the lack of food variety. With the recent introduction of a new menu, our kitchen staff have been trained to perfect quality in a smaller menu instead of ambitiously attempting an extensive menu... More
