i agree with all the other reviews- the outside of the motel looks dismal but the rooms are great. the rooms are very large, with a flat screen tv, microwave, fridge, in-room coffee (nasty tasting though!!) and walk-in shower. everything was clean and comfortable, at the lowest rate in payson. and the frontdesk person was very nice.

Great little place in a beautiful town. The rooms aren't too large, but they are very well appointed, with microwave, refrigerator, free local calls, cable, and more.
