We stayed at Aloft for the first time yesterday and we are very pleased with the choice. We found this accomodation by chance through Groupon. The deal was really good. The hotel has the best convenient location right next to the Phx airport, it is pretty new, clean, it smells good and the style is modern and functional. We really... More

Aloft is a cheap, quick, overnight hotel brand. In my book, Aloft Phoenix Airport is great for spending the night before an early flight. I've booked at this property every single time I fly out early. For one, with SPG Gold & Platinum, you get free vehicle parking. All guests get a complimentary airport shuttle, I want to say hours... Major props for being right on the new light rail line. The room was very nice. Spacious comfy bed, complimentary water, coffee, tea, internet, and lots of thoughtful touches in the room design. At it's core this is a business hotel near an airport that Sheraton is making "cool" as an aloft. Think funky lighting, a pool table, odd shaped... More

I spend EVERY week on the road. Due to bad weather and flight delays - I took the opportunity to stay at this Aloft property. I was excited to stay the night in a modern slick room. Terrible idea. It's 5 AM on a Thursday morning and the guests directly upstairs from me have kept me up since 2:30. I... More

Stayed here because I'm a Starwood points junkie, and other airport options weren't available. I'm still trying to learn to love this brand. It checks all the boxes - clean room, friendly service, with decent in-room amenities, but something is missing. I always feel claustrophobic in the rooms, and having a ground-floor room at this property made it even worse... More

All the funk that is put into this hotel definitely attracts customers. The place exudes hipness- I particularly liked the iridescent lights in the elevator. Beyond that it is the ugly sister to the W hotels. Very basic. Kind of reminds me of visits to Ikea- you are super excited on first glance but just behind that veneer are some... More

I stayed at the Aloft Hotel after staying at a Phoenix resort. I needed a hotel close to the airport. The decor is really modern and up to date. The lobby area is inviting with a bar and televisions to sit and relax. The rooms are quite cozy and comfortable. I didn't have any problems with the airport noise. The... More

This is a clean & funky place to stay! The staff is friendly & helpful, the rooms clean, & the location convenient for our needs. We were only in town for one night to see the Suns beat the Clippers & wanted a place with easy access to the stadium & airport. There is a "light rail" station right across... More

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and offered free shuttle service. It's an unique hotel. They make the most of small spaces. It was a good experience and would recommend to others. Beds were comfortable loved that there was a complete separate shower / vanity area. Shower was great. Loved the room layout. Our teenage granddaughter... More

No place to refrigerate medicine and the front desk really didn't care. No ice machines so could only get a little ice from the front desk to try and keep medicine cold overnight. No way to freeze ice packs to help for the next day either. Different hotel experience - no little bottles of shampoo or little soaps. There were... More

I am truly disappointed to hear of your perception of the staff at our hotel - as you can imagine this is not the impression that we want to leave our guests with. I am somewhat confused also as all of our rooms are equiped with mini-refrigerators, and it is not uncommon for us to store frozen or oversize items... More
