Friendly staff ready to help. Shuttle very convenient. Breakfast and dinner served in lobby so no need to use the full kitchen. Plenty of room in very clean suite. This is the only hotel review I have ever posted. Needless to say very happy with my stay and plan to stay there again.

We wanted a hotel near the Biltmore. The Homewood Suites was a great place to stay. Very spacious suite and would certainly stay again. The front desk person was helpful and cheerful.

More room than I needed traveling alone one. These are true suites with separated rooms and a real kitchenette with range, large fridge, dishwasher and dishware. Nicely appointed. I think the rate was $199, during spring training, so that's hard to complain about for what it was. Very nice in most respects, with one big BUT ... my room apparently... More

Its our own fault but we planned late and were running out of choices. I needed a split suite for my family of four and we landed at this Homewood Suites. The room was clean and I well kept by the housekeeping staff. Front desk staff was very helpful. My chief complaint was noise at night. We got a room... More

This is the worst hotel stay I ever had. I was late checking in and was thus given a smoking room. Only after I said that I wanted to go to another hotel did she gave me a non smoking room next to the elevator shaft. When I entered the room I was met with a continuous hum and thought... More

I think that the Homewood Suites concept is excellent, especially for traveling families. However, the location and management of this property needs a little attention. Generally speaking, it was a little loud, especially on the front side, where a sports bar is across the street that goes pretty late. After one of our four nights, we didn't get housekeeping services... More

My husband and I stayed here February 9 - 15. My husband is a big coffee drinker, and we never made a pot of coffee in the room -- it was available 24 hours a day in the lobby. The staff was great, the breakfast was great, and the place was great. We would stay here again.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this facility for 3 days February 6-9, 2012. I found the registration process very pleasant, helpful and cheerful. The room was about what I have come to expect from the Hilton chain which is clean, comfortable and in this case quiet. The suite was well laid out and very spacious which is... More

Clean and well located. The food is not good, and there is no one at the front desk ever.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 days for business in November. Luckily, the weather was chilly in Phoenix for that time of year, so I had no use for the pool. Had the weather been warm as usual in Phoenix, the pool would have been less than adequate. It was small and located in a shady courtyard. Other than... More
