Ckd in yesterday for 8 day stay. Valet, Dick, was awesome...funny, helpful, courteous. Very nice start to our stay. I can't say the same about the room we are in. The resort is huge with a small feel; eight pools to accommodate guests and their moods, including adult only. You can walk the property or grab one of the many shuttles to get around. The view is spectacular and the staff top notch

The hotel has amazing views! Be sure to request a suite with a view of the north when booking. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful but you will not get that same service by the adult pool. The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs is a beautiful resort. The rooms are large with separate living rooms. I love staying here! It has fenced in parking, security, the rooms are comfortable the beds and space is wonderful! The water park is great very family friendly, the outside bar is great for a little drink by the pool. I cant wait to go back... no need to do side attractions... its all here!
