They should change this property to a Hampton Inn and Suites. Honestly, I am not sure it would even meet Hampton's quality standards. The rooms are very outdated and the air conditioning does not work well. The breakfast was overcrowded with only one cook making to order. I could not even try to be gluten free at the breakfast -... I typically stay in Embassy Suites or Hampton Inns. I would say however that this particular hotel doesn't do anything for the Hilton/Embassy Suites brand. It is overdue for an overhaul. The air conditioner basically didn't work (think Phoenix at 107 degrees). The filter for the air conditioner was dirty. The counter person was alone and it took 20 minutes... More

Stayed here for a business meeting that needed to be close to the airport. The staff - Joe the shuttle driver, all the front desk personnel and the breakfast folks were just superb. However, the physical property is extremely dated, and especially the rooms - although they are spacious. Definitely frayed and old everywhere you look. Although it is laid... More

This Embassy Suites, in so many ways, is a typical ES. They have a nice lobby, good business center to print boarding passes for free, good airport shuttle, and good breakfast/manager's reception. The rooms are largely the same as other ES, though the rooms seem a little older, especially the bathrooms. But, the outside feels so much like a motel... More

This is a terrible hotel and mis-leading for the Embassy Suites hotel brand. This is an unsafe area of Phoenix. I do not recommend this hotel for business travelers especially for women. I was not comfortable leaving my room and the "open" atrium layout made this even worse. At 11:30pm the front desk called asking if I was in the... More

Only one point here matters as a warning to business travelers. This hotel does not have wifi. For real. You have to plug in to Ethernet and then pay. It has less connectivity than hotels in third world countries 10 years ago. When I expressed shock at front desk I was told "we've never had it".

Got the room at a good rate on Hotwire. Was very impressed for the money. Extremely spacious room with two flat screen TV's and a separate sitting area. Kitchen is a wet bar with small fridge and microwave. No flatware. Great location close to freeways, airport and Biltmore mall. A car is a must though. Aside from the very nice... More

I travel to Phoenix for business often, our office is off of Camelback Road in the Biltmore area. I normally stay at the Embassy Suites in that area, but this time it was full, even at my Diamond level. Therefore I had to switch hotels. All the hotels in the Biltmore area were full, there must have been a convention... More

MY wife and I and 4 other couples from our hometown area traveled to Phoenix to catch the men's NCAA basketball West regionals. WE booked a 3 night stay at the Embassy suites. Without a doubt, in all the years we have traveled and stayed at different properties, this hotel had the best customer service of any of them. The... More

Thank you very much for the comments concerning our hotel. As you can see, guests love the staff, the outdoor pool, the full cooked to order breakfast and nightly Manager's Reception. I am very pleased with the service you enountered, and that is very typical of this hotel. Again, thank you very much and we hope to see you again... More
