A little less price would make the hotel more worth it. For the prize a first class hotel would have been obtained. We were been charged internet fees when this should have been free like most other hotels. Lunch could have been free as well.

Entire hall and room smelled like smoke, even though it was advertised as a non-smoking establishment. We requested a room facing/with access to the pool, which we got, but it was filthy! The positive, it was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking near the room.

Friendly staff, nice furnishings, great location close to airport but no plane noise. Good food in the bar, restaurant and room service. Nice meeting and conference rooms. The Manager is extremely helpful.

The room had multiple problems, which manifested as the evening progressed. The 2 biggest and most immediate, clogged toilet and non working phone, were handled promptly and efficiently. The workers are trained to take care of their customers. The desk and shuttle people went out of their way to make things work for us. The room and shower were not the cleanest.
