Stayed at Hyatt for conference held at Phoenix Convention Center. Location is great. It is right across the street from the west building of convention center (closer than it appears on a map). This hotel is a perfectly adequate downtown hotel. It is slightly dated and a little worn around the edges, but we had a nice stay. The room was spacious. The location is close to the airport and only a block to Chase Field.

I attended a conference at this hotel. The staff was great and the rooms are wonderful. My room had a wonderful view of the desert.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, good restaurant selections. Only complaint would be the charges at the business center, 5 bucks to print 1 page. I was informed that the business center is not part of the hotel so they couldn't do much.
