We stayed here twice on a recent vacation. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and the location excellent for the airport. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for training, the hotel staff were really nice and helpful. And ours rooms were always super clean I would definitely stay here again!! They also have after noon snacks Monday through Thursday like hotdogs, nachos, spaghetti, chilli an they always have some kind of punch in the lobby!

This hotel was clean but it needs a some repair. The towel rack fell off when I touched a hand towel. One of the lights didn't work. Then the sliding door for the bathroom was hard to close. Nice neighborhood, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a great price. Don't expect anything fancy but a great hotel none the less. The price was very reasonable. The free breakfast was average, cereal, muffins, toast, juice and a waffle maker. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It will be our go to hotel every time were in phoenix
