The Gainey Suites is one of my favorite places to stay when I travel. Have been staying here for over 10 years. It is one of the most inviting, lovely, and comfortable hotels I've stayed at.

Excellent room..we were graciously upgraded to a two room suite..full kitchen, t.v. in every room (3 total), the bed was very, very comfortable, complimentary teddy bears, and while the view was the parking lot, the room was very quiet. Staff was very polite, even mailed a cell phone back at no cost. Note there is no bell service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been here many times and they are all long term employees who enjoy their jobs and take pride in their work. The Gainey Suites has it figured out. Clean, updated rooms in a great location in Paradise Valley. Included in the room rate is wifi, a great breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. I could not have had a better experience. Great two bedroom suite. Very clean. Staff was terrific. Pool was relaxed and never crowded, the kids loved it after a long day of hiking or biking around Scottsdale. The coffee shop next door was a big plus. Breakfast was nice but nothing special.
