This hotel feels more like a resort with it's pool and lounge area outside. Nice little putting green. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing weekend night or attending events at West World.

Hotel location was perfect for our event. Staff very courteous and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The only issue was that the bathroom floor had a long black hair on it when we arrived. Probably just missed by the cleaning staff. Not that big of a deal.

We recently hosted a wedding in Scottsdale and used the hotel as lodging for several family and friends. The staff was very accommodating and truly did all they could to meet our requirements and expectations. We would highly refer anyone to this hotel. I like this hotel a lot in North Scottsdale, quiet and near the 101. Great staff and rooms. Breakfast is awesome. Small complaint-the shower head I had was terrible, they are being replaced. A little Putt-Putt green and nice pool. Would be good base for families.
