We belong to the Hyatt Residence Club ans as always we had a great stay. We had a Studio, we don't stay in our room much so it works fine. Beautiful views friendly and helpful help. Toured the canyon rim, grand canyon and local sights. Took a day trips to Flagstaff and Phoenix too.
