We had a ground floor room which was convenient since we don't do stairs anymore. It contained all the materials we needed for taking care of ourselves: washer/dryer in-room and full kitchen. A call for help to operate the TV was answered promptly. The front desk people were helpful.

While the hotel isclean and comfortable ; the plumbing needs better pressure.If you are handicap this is not the place for you it is not up to ADA standards,NO Elevators ,very few parking spaces,no roll-in shower to name a few things.They also need some signs to show the streets leading to them. The staff at this RCI affiliate was cordial but didn't know their property, or just lied. We arrived around 1:00 pm. Unit would not be available until 4:00 pm.
