My wife and I had a wonderful honeymoon stay at the Hideaway. Larry and Kathy took care of everything, from booking restaurant reservations to suggesting good hikes. We especially loved the extensive selection of wonderful breakfasts. Being able to walk to Red Rock Crossing is wonderful. We wanted some privacy and distance from crowds. The location of the Hideaway is... More

This place is truly amazing. My wife and I were looking for a destination that 1) was totally unlike anywhere we had been before. (usually we go to the mountains, the beach, big cities.) 2) was way romantic 3) had killer food nearby to match the best of the Bay Area. 4) was totally posh and set with thoughtful detail... More

This was our first trip to Sedona and after doing a lot of research we settled on this B&B. It was the best decision we made for our vacation. Originally we were scheduled to stay four nights, but by the fourth night we had to stay another. My wife and I are in our 40's with no kids and travel... More

We made two great travel choices recently. #1 was to visit Sedona. #2 was to stay at Sedona Cathedral Hideaway. Sedona is lovely and peaceful with magnificent views everywhere you look, and that's also the best way to describe the Cathedral Hideaway! This B&B/home of Larry and Kathy Jaeckel is the perfect location to stay during your visit to Sedona.... More

We travel often. We stay at B&B’s frequently. Perfect, unique, amazing, understatements for our Cathedral Hideaway stay. Far from just a comfy place to lay your head, Larry & Kathy welcome you into their luxurious home with warmth, genuine and sincere. The room, view, made to order breakfasts, beyond fabulous! Pampered, nurtured and rejuvenated, reluctantly we left for home after... More

The Sedona Cathedral Hideaway puts other B & Bs to shame. Kathy & Larry welcome you into their home as if you are family or old friends. The rooms have everything you could ever want and even more. The view of Cathedral Rock is spectacular. The choices for breakfast are endless, and they will prepare for you anything you like.... More

More than a B&B, Kathy and Larry share their home with you. We stayed in the Safari room and along with Evergreen Room, the planning of the home provided a direct view (directly in the middle of a picture window) of Cathedral Rock. The wall was positioned perfectly for this during construction. The furnishings were perfect and spotless. We decided... More

My wife and I visited Sedona in March 2013 and loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay. We looked over websites and reviews for a suitable B&B and initially chose another location. However when we went to visit it, the location was right next to hwy 179 and was noisy. We decided to place another call and... More

Kathy and Larry helped make our trip to Sedona one of the most memorable experiences ever. We love to travel and this place is now at the top of our list. They have a beautiful home and our room on the first floor gave us everything you could possibly want and more! We were there for 2 nights and wish... More

Be careful what you wish for around Kathy. She will have the best one of its kind reserved for you in a flash. Helicopter ride through the canyons? How about 2 o'clock. Nice Italian restaurant? Dahl & Di Luca has a table at 6PM or 8:30 tonight. In fact I would say the genie in a bottle analogy would pretty... More
