This must be the most peaceful, pleasant place to stay in the area. The packed uptown tourist area is only a block or two away-but the differerence feels like a world away. Rose Tree Inn is like an oasis. Our room was large, comfortable, had a full kitchen and free guest laundry was provided. We felt like we were visiting... More

We arrived unannounced on a trip round the South West (two couples) and were warmly welcomed by Gary (what a difference a warm welcome makes!). Excellent rooms with good facilities - the larger one was superbly equipped and could easily have served as a permanent apartment back home in crowded London. The building is rather older and with less rooms... More

We stayed at the Rose Tree Inn which was one of the human highlights of our stay in Sedona. It is a B&B for those who want to avoid the bourgeois chic that seems to define commercial Sedona. The host was most hospitable, steered us away from tourist-trap restaurants, and advised us about the locals' Sedona. The courtyard was a... More

I really enjoyed my stay at the Rose Tree Inn. I arrived later in the evening, after the office was closed, and the owner had taken the time to select some movies for me from their collection and had everything ready for me. I like that this hotel was within walking distance to the Uptown area, as parking is tricky... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Rose Tree Inn between Christmas and New Year's, 2011 with in-laws. Our group occupied 3 of the 5 rooms there. Our room had a king size bed and full kitchen, dining table, and was spacious. This is not a new 4-star hotel where you have a concierge and maids that pull down the... More

My spouse and I just returned from three nights at The Rose Tree Inn and had a fabulous time! Gary, the owner, gave us great reccomendations for hikes, restaurants and things to do in Sedona. It's so close to everything - we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. We loved coming back to the Inn in the evening and... More

My mom and I stayed here one night and loved it! It's an adorable row of about 5 rooms at ground level surrounding a lovely garden courtyard. The room had a king-size bed which was in good repair & comfortable. The bathroom is new-looking with great towels, although the shower space is quite small. The room itself was very clean,... More

We took our in-laws and five teenage children to the Grand Canyon, Page, and last stop Sedona! We loved this place! We had 3 of the 4 available suites. Each suite was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time enjoying the patio. Gary was so nice to let us use the washer and dryer... More
