The breakfasts and vistas were wonderful. The company congenial and the rooms comfortable. We would love to come back.

I booked the Cozy Cactus Cowboy room because of the Red Rock views and received so much more. Carrie and Mark were the perfect host. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the other guest who were from the Netherlands and Toronto. Sedona is like nothing I've ever seen and experienced.

My husband and i were here for two nights. Hospitality was excellent. Beautiful views and convenient hiking trails. Breakfast AWESOME, muffins incredible. Mark and Carrie go out of their way for a pleasant stay. Charming and cozy atmosphere. We will definitely go back.

Friendly hosts shared places to go and bottle of wine! The bed linens were the best quality. View was spectacular and hiking trail was right outside the property. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 rating is the bed could be newer-there were areas where you sank into imprints where others had slept.
