The hotel was very clean and the employees were very helpful. I left my wallet at the front desk and the associate came to the room to give it back to me and waited while I checked to make sure everything was still in my wallet.

There was a feeling of welcome, from a welcoming letter to a gift basket. We had personall attention from the breakfast server who made and served our waffles to special attention from the housekeeping maid who came to tell us when our room had been done. We thoroughly enjoyed our four day stay.

“Come for the Clean & Comfortable Rooms, Stay for the Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies!”

This hotel is convenient to a lot of areas near and in Sierra Vista. There is a lot of military there, so it's a great place for family members to stay. “Check this out for pampering in a small city”

We were on a 2 day trip to see Bisbee, Tombstone and the Southern Arizona wine country. We made reservations at this hotel. Great accomodations and walking distance to a super German restaurant. Super breakfast.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was included and more than adequate. “Close to Karchner Caverns, plenty of places to eat and felt safe.”

The staff immediately welcomed me and my kids with a genuine smile. Baked cookies for my kids. The breakfast was tasty and a good variety. The staff were attentive and friendly and felt they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and my kids were satisfied.
