They put up the coffee before breakfast was over. For two children and one adult breakfast $40. No coffee in room. No coffee in lobby after early morning. Not a very nice stay for money.

The room was very small, too small for our family of 5. When asked for a rollaway bed, we were ignored. When I went to the counter to inquire I was very snottily told they were all out of them and the fire code would not allow it anyway. Never again!

This place has had a face lift and is located in a very nice University of arizona State campus area. Breakfast was good, rooms clean, showers were strong, pool was clean. Can walk to football and baseball games for sun devils.

Great free breakfast. Nice pool and accessible. Free shuttle to/from airport NOT good for people in wheelchairs or those who can't climb into tall van. Rooms were nice, balcony was great the AC was a bit loud.

I liked the old Four Points model better - a notch below the Sheraton's but given the price point, you knew what you were getting.
