Hotel location is a poor. Very misleading with rooms. No balcony as stated .refrigerator not working.Not as close to ASU as you are led to believe. Very poor response time on call backs. Not customer friendly.

Great deal for my money, but beware: they may try to cut you short (1 bed for 2-3 people) if you buy on discounted sites like Hotwire or Expedia. Call them and verify before coming. After booking at this hotel, I made several attempts to contact them about the possibility of an early check-in. Not once did they reply. If this is how they treat customers then it would be a big mistake to stay there.

I enjoyed this hotel quite a bit. It is within minutes to many restaurants and shopping. I went to the mall called Tempe Marketplace which is down the street from this hotel. We enjoyed this hotel very much. Large, clean room at an affordable price. We were in Tempe for a football game. The hotel was right on the light rail so no need to drive your car to ASU and worry about parking. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
