Had to stay for 3 nights as my truck broke down while on our trip. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to make a bad situation tolerable. I would definitely stay there again if in Tempe.

no promised health club access, unsvory residents smoking in front of no smoking rooms with butts all over. breakfst was good.
Check-in is at 3pm. Didn't get our room until 7pm. Terrible service. Maids were still in our rooms cleaning after they told us our rooms were ready and gave us our keys. Rooms not made-up the next day until 6pm and didn't get towels until 10-11pm. Non-smoking rooms reek of smoke. FULL SERVICE kitchen only entails a stove, oven, and...

When we checked in, the service was good. When our hotel key didn't work after 2 tries, the clerk brought us a new key and we still struggled with the door for the duration of our stay.
Our kids, 7 and 11, wanted to swim. The pool area was very nice. There is a kiddie pool, a deeper pool and...

Extremely poor service by staff and terrible room. Upon checking in, were told I did not reserve a two bed room. I was told when you reserve from third parties that happens, I said I used their website and had confirmation for such. After much insistence suddenly said they had a room. When going to the room, it reeked it...

We needed somewhere close to the airport for our first night, and this did the job perfectly. There's a shuttle to the hotel, but for some reason we couldn't get thru via Skype so had to get a $25 taxi. Room featured enormous twin queen beds, ideal for us. Proximity to road made the room a little noisy (and the...

For this part of Phoenix/Tempe area, hotel was in a great location. Several restaurants within walking distance. 2 queen bed suite was huge for a motel but second "living area" was pretty useless to me, had a 2nd flat panel tv and a desk but no place to sit other than desk chair, small sofa or even a comfortable chair...

I stayed in a 2 queen bed suite with a friend for 1 night. The front desk staff was professional and helpful. The room was clean, and the extra living room was nice to have. There was a couch, desk and chair, fridge/microwave, and a tv in this room. A flat-screen tv was mounted on the wall in the bedroom....
