I needed two rooms for my adult children so I looked for a good price. This was an example of you get what you pay for. The "non-smoking" rooms smelled like cigarette smoke even after a can of febreeze. The pullout bed, didn't. They want $5 for their breakfast, you're better off at the restaurant across the street. Avoid the...

We stayed here during a pretty busy week in the Valley of the Sun. Room was clean but was very much in need of a remodel. Couch had torn fabric, bed spread had a cigarette hole, etc. Towels were paper thin and need to be replaced. Room was spacious and the hotel supplied packaged soap, toothpaste, and shampoo that was...

I was looking for a place near Scottsdale and this one was reasonably priced, so I booked it. I was not disappointed. Lobby was nice. I don't usually stay in a suite, so I enjoyed the extra space. The wireless was really slow, and our room did not have a fridge, although it had a microwave. There seemed to be...

I was attending a two day conference and chose this hotel because is was only a mile and half away from the conference. Staff was nice, but they gave me a room that was already occupied. I had requested a nonsmoking room but the room I ended up getting was a smoker's room (complete with ashtrays). I decided to not...

In the old TV Dragnet Series Jack Webb used to say, "Just the facts, ma'am". Here are mine:
1. The grounds are unkempt - overflowing trash cans, bent fencing, unpruned shrubbery.
2. Stinky carpets - we had to relocate from the first room because of the urine smell.
3. $4.99 for breakfast - management told us they were one of...

As a Platinum Choice Privileges customer this was my first disappointment at this type of property. Our group had two rooms - one smelled. We were asked to check out the only other room which was available and it smelled worse. These were non-smoking rooms but they smelled like people had smoked in the living room. While making reservations, I...

Stayed for a week and everything was good except breakfast except breakfast which was mostly just ok. But the price was very reasonable.
Let me begin by stating I have stayed in many hotels as I travel frequently with work. Never have I been to the emergency room because of one until now!! Myself and two co workers decided to enjoy the hot tub for some relaxing time.little did we know that the hotel knew about a malfunction in the chemical dispensary and...
