The staff at Tempe Mission Palms was the most accommodating experience that I have encountered in a very long time. Each time you entered the hotel, you were treated as if it were your first visit. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport, and various places of interest. The pool was always clean and the room was always clean.... More

Rooms are spacious and comfy -- nicely decorated. Big hotel, good service. Nice pool, small fitness center. Expected more of a fitness facility given how hot the climate is in the summer (you would have to workout indoors)! Nice outdoor terrace area adjacent to lobby. Short walking distance to many good restaurants in downtown Tempe.

The staff and other things at this hotel were very good. I have been coming to this hotel for 13 years for a game convention. The quality has slowly gone down hence my 4 star rating. In 2000, my first time, it was 5 stars. I still recommend this hotel for all kinds of stays, family, business, etc.

Recently stayed at Tempe Mission Palms. Enjoyed their lovely rooftop pool and the rooms were nicely furnished. The breakfast buffet was terrific and the surrounding nabe is quite lively with wonderful restaurants and bars with outdoor seating for those of us who love to dine al fresco!

The room was excellent, the staff attentive and the food great. The drinks at the bar were especially excellent.
