The staff was so nice & helpful. For the amount of $ spent this is definitely the best deal, best room, best staff, & best overall hotel experience I've had! They even called my room to make sure I was happy with the upgrade they had given me and were accommodating in every way.

I have stayed in Extended Stay America, 3421 E Elwood Street. I must say service I received was very good specially from Front Desk (Tammy,Amanda,Lizel). Front desk was very helpful whenever contacted. I would say this is a good hotel to stay in.

If you're looking for comfort, this is the spot. Great location (right off the 10) and very close to a number of landmarks. The price could not be beat! The rooms are very nice and comfortable for the price. The staff here is awesome, which means that I would definitely stay again!
