it was actually 2 years ago that I was at Torilla Flats, just never had a chance to leave a review. The staff was amazing and the location was the best. Not to mention the food was so yummy and the beet always cold. Right across from one of the most beautiful beaches, HAVE TO TRY THE Guacamole!

We got the suite above the bar--loved it. Cheap, clean, air conditioning, wireless, nice bathroom and private balcony. The food and service was always fresh and friendly, and of course the location is right on the beach. If you're a backpacker, this is luxury; if you're a first-classer, this is about the best you'll find. :)

As many others have said, don't expect much, and you will not be disappointed. I think I paid $30.00 for a private room, of course no AC.......Worst bed ever.....mattress sucked....bed was missing a slat. Average cleanliness....Tiny little fan..... The rooms are really meant for young surfers. For us older beach bums the bar is a wonderful respite from the midday soon. Also after spending all afternoon in the bar the rooms will look a lot better. Dominical is really a special place with really friendly people, even if you're not a surfer.

Well, the view is nice, but the food is not, let's say it's ok, but, as I said, don't expect too much. The waiters seem to be very inattentive, and they refuse to do separate checks, which is very inconvenient if you want to eat here with a group.

These guys are obviously catering to surfers, but a great restaurant/bar and good nights sleep for very little cash was pleasantly worth the diversion south - nice folks - the beach was great and for those seeking good surf it seemed to be here.

This place is very convenient for a traveler. The rooms are what you would expect for under $20, but being beachfront makes the value well worth it.
