Wow! This was a great place to stay. Gorgeous lobby. Greeted by a super nice front desk person. He couldn’t stop smiling the whole time we were checking in. The rooms are immaculately clean with nice décor and arrangement. Breakfast is outstanding. Many choices. Yes. It is pricy. We booked because we were late making reservations and this was only... This hotel was a very nice Best Western. Our room was clean, large and quiet with good access to Wi-Fi. There were a few bars and restaurants to choose from and a large games room. By far the best thing about it though was the concierge Michelle. She not only advised us of some great trips (the jeep tour through... More

Nice hotel with comfortable accommodations. Staff was very nice. Hotel was just a 10 minute drive from the Grand Canyon park entrance. One of the plusses was the extensive, complimentary buffet breakfast. Also the game room/bowling alley was a pleasant surprise. The negatives were iron which leaked water and the hair dryer which blew cold air. The other negative being... More

We booked this one and there were no 4-5 star chains in the area. It cost 150 euros (200usd) for a double night which is an extreme price for any hotel. However, it was one of the cheapest one around at the time. We were positively suprised by the friendly welcome, as they seem to know exactly how to deal... More

They charged us $300 for smoking in the parking lot. We didn't even smoke in the room. When I called they said they had cameras and it smelled like smoke in the room. "It's against the law to smoke within 20 feet of the room." We're from the east coast and have never heard of such a thing. It was... More

My husband & I stayed at the Grand Canyon Squire Inn for 1 night of our honeymoon - although we wish we'd had at least one more night there! When we checked in, the lady at reception was very friendly & chatty. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had upgraded us to one of their business suites!... More

The best Best Western I've ever stayed at! When I booked, I never anticipated that we would be upgraded to a king suite at no extra charge. ( It was my birthday). The service was excellent. The room was enormous, and extremely well-appointed. The hotel interior was quite beautiful. We did not spend much time in the hotel itself, but... More

The price is a little steep and the breakfast buffet was cold both mornings. The rooms are nice, with plenty of room. Although it was 80 plus outside, the pool was covered. I didn't see any security and felt that the back lot has some undesirables hanging around.

A spur of the moment trip to the Grand Canyon but could not book a room in the park. Ended up at the Best Western Premier Grand Canyon Squire Inn in Tusayan. Good choice. The hotel appears to have lots of rooms located in several different buildings. The room I had was in a small building with about 15 rooms.... More

Dear Vikingsheaven: Thank you very much for writing and posting this review of our property here at the Grand Canyon. Spur of the moment or not, we are a great alterative choice here in Tusayan to the park itself. We hotel does have 250 rooms and four buildings. The three outer buildings are the original hotel that was built back... More

It's a motel-style Best Western so one's expectations should be limited by that; this is not the Bellagio. But the rooms are clean and provide a decent amount of comfort and breakfast and dinner are far above expectation for a Best Western.

Dear Pro42: Thank you very much for writing and posting this review of our property here in Tusayan. Since the hotel was built back in the day (early 70s) in this very remote part of Northern Arizona, it does have a “motel-style” about it. The outer buildings that surround the outdoor seasonal pool were considered very charming back then. We... More
