Stayed here for two nights before and after Grand Canyon trip. About 50 miles distance to the Canyon.
Room basic, but clean and the check-in staff very cheery and helpful. Only minus point would be that the walls, and ceiling, we're very thin!

After reading reviews from people who must have been expecting the Ritze, we found this hotel very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect and a straight shot to the canyon and only seconds from the great little town of Williams. The staff was very friendly and helpful,will stay there again.
We stayed for 2 nights since we were visiting the Grand Canyon. We weren't allowed to check in early, so we ended up going to Bearizona to kill some time. The room was clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was decent. Not the most friendliest people but we would stay there again!

I was a little wary after reading the reviews about the mean front desk manager.....and though I know exactly who those reviews were referring to...(I believe there is a language barrier)...I found it was a decent place to stay. quiet...clean...just about an hour from the canyon...but a straight shot...turn right out of the parking lot...go straight until you see signs...

What more can you want from a hotel, good price, clean rooms, quiet, convenient location, plenty of parking and friendly staff. Give me a clean bed, clean shower/towels and coffee in the am - I'm a happy camper!

Good value for the price. Expect your average a-tad-dated furniture (plus no fridge or microwave in the rooms) and the type of cleanliness that would pass for a friend's visit but not so much for your mother-in-law stay.
