My basic complaint is that the pillows are much too thick. This is my third time staying here and very pleased to see that the beds have down (fake or real) comforters. The breakfasts are quite good. I was here in April and again in May.

Hotel appears to be fairly new. Receptionist was efficient and friendly at check in. We were very happy with our room. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and good pillows. New facility, apparently the newest and certainly the nicest in Winslow! Stayed here on a tour of NE Arizona, close to Painted Desert & Petrified Forest, as well as Meteor Crater. The place is new and the housekeepers are good at their jobs. The tub is very noisy and the front desk has a very bad attitude. Best place in Winslow though . Short and sweet . I didn't go to the pool but I heard it was wet.

This hotel is very nice. Friendly reception. Very Clean rooms. We will stay here again. Made a reservation for 1 night, got to the hotel and the reservation was not there. I was told the reservation did not get to the hotel until 12:00 midnight. Nicely located just off the Interstate and to the north of the town of Winslow. Friendly reception, clean and comfortable room, loads of parking and good breakfast. What's not to like? Thank you Best Western.

Clean, The Manager Mr. Ross was very helpful when I advised HBO was out, he went out of his way and wrote and note and told me he got it resolved.
