The stay was ok, the rooms are in desperate need of a make over. Especially the bathrooms, the ceiling in the shower area had hole and old, well used fixtures. The curtains looked dirty or stained and the air conditioner makes a lot of noise.

Heater/Air conditioner fan screeched and needs repair. Windows not latch closed. Tub was repainted and peeling. Traffic noise comes right through the walls. No way to shade street light from back window.

If all you ask for in a motel is a bed, a shower and a TV, this just barely qualifies. One expects the dirty (not just 'used', but actually 'dirty') towels to be replaced, not picked up and rehung for reuse. They have these Otis Spunkmyer muffins free in the AM. Del Taco and DQ and a wings place you can walk to. Not super nice but I have stayed here the last several times I had to go to Yuma. Negotiate the price (maybe they give me deals since they recognized me)
