Employees are friendly and helpful. stay away from spa. Worst and most expensive pedicure I have ever had! Aweful! They did redo the polish the next day but I gat better ones at Wal-Mart!! Grounds are beautiful and very clean. Close to swimming, boating , etc.

Having spent most of our times in cities it was refreshing to find this little piece of tranquillity. The rooms and resort are stunning and the only blemish on our stay was that the wait staff need more training. They were very polite and fun but brought out one dish when I hadn't finished my first, then brought the bill... More

We stayed at DeGray for the second year in a row in April. We have been to Oaklawn for the Arkansas Derby the past two years as well. DeGray has served as a cheaper alternative for us, as opposed to a high priced crowded hotel in Hot Springs. It's about a 20 minute drive outside of town. It's an older... More

Yes, the rooms here are older and smaller than at a luxury resort. But for $100 a night you get an unbeatable lake view, superior service, decent beds, a clean room, and lots of fun activities and amenities. We stayed here for three nights and our room was cleaned to a spotless degree every morning. Everyone who worked at the... More

Since this listing is exclusively a review for the lodge, I want to emphasize my rating and review is simply reviewing the Degray Lodge, not it's outdoor facilities, which are absolutely beautiful and well kept. The lodge rooms, however, are generic and a little dirty; I would expect that at a chain motel but maybe not at a state park.... More

The location was perfect, hotel very clean and great value for the price, and the lake water was crystal clear. You could actually see the fish swimming it was so clear. The lodge restaurant had good food at reasonable prices. (They weren't in a big hurry but that's okay, we weren't either) they have plenty of things to do for... More

Rooms are nice. Good amount of space. Staff extremely nice! Southern hospitality at its best. Staff is very helpful and always concerned about making sure guests have what they need, want and are pleased. So Clean! I did not want to leave!

The review is 4-stars largely based on what the park has to offer, not necessarily the lodge. The lodge itself is good and priced fair. The laundry facilities are in a separate building, which is inconvenient but bearable. The management was very receptive to correcting problems we encountered. We'll stay there again on future visits to Lake Degray.

I stayed here with my family in Mid-October, 2012 as a short weekend getaway from my home. Overall, we had a very pleasing stay. The standard rooms are impeccably clean, albeit a bit small. The beds are comfortable, and the view from our room overlooking the lake was divine. The pool was heated nicely to about 88 degrees, and although... More

We stayed there on our travels and we were very happy with the resort. We had stayed in other State resorts, including Arkansas before and this one had the best room. The room was very clean and well maintained. It was like a room that you would find at a hotel. The views were great and our room overlooked the... More
