Terrible service room was double booked, they admitted they knew 7 weeks before but decided not to tell anyone. Manager was terrible couldn't manage a cat.

A group of six of us went to the Alaska Aparthotel at the end of February for a one week skiing holiday. The staff were disgustingly rude from start to finish. They ruined the entire experience we had at the Alaska Aparthotel. The hotel needs severe staff training on customer service... until then, AVOID THE ALASKA APARTHOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

This was the worst hotel/apartment ever, due to the incompetence and unhelpfulness of The Alaska staff. I would highly recommend you stayed in alternative accommodation. On a positive, pas de la casa is a good place to ski and party.

The manager at this hotel was completely unhelpful in every way shape and form. Any query we had for him was greated with a shrug of his shoulders and a grunted "Not my problem". If you want a hotel with helpful, friendly staff, this is not the place for you!

Rude, ignorant, incompetent staff. Worst customer service I have ever experienced whilst on holiday. Would never stay here again and would strongly advise others against staying here also.
