Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, Christine went above and beyond to help. The room was nice. Only complaint was the lack of an elevator because of a wedding. It worked very well for ease of access to the Dublin airport. The price was typical for twin rooms at most of the hotels and B&Bs visited during our 3 week... More

We have just returned from a golfing weekend here. The hotel is easy to reach if travelling from the North. The rooms were comfortable and spotless and the staff very helpful. Our deal included one evening meal and the standard was very high. Great variety, with wonderful presentation and very attentive staff. Breakfast each morning was disappointing. Cold plates and... Just returned from holiday in Dublin. Stayed at Roganstown Hotel Golf and Country Club. Set in beautiful countryside. Ideal for Golf (18 hole Course) with many water hazzards, but no great hills. During our stay there, the Ireland under 18's Girls Championship was held. Also taking advantage of the beautiful course were visitors from USA and Norway, who were playing... More

Can't fault anything about the hotel. Was everything I expected and more. Room was warm, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was impeccable and the shower was heavenly. Breakfast and dinner were lovely and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Not to mention the excellent golf courses and spa. Not problem recommending this place. More

Stayed for 2 nights last week and hotel was extremely quiet, though this did not bother us as we were out visiting family on both days and evenings. The bedrooms, in my opinion, are charmless. I could have checked into a quality inn or other budget chain hotel. The curtains were so thin and hardly even pulled together. An overall... More

I stayed for one night recently and was disappointed. I thought the room was basic and need refurbishment - tiles chipped in bathroom. The food was fine in the bar, and the staff were all friendly, but again the bar was slightly in need of an update. One of the reasons I stayed there was that I could bring my... More

We had the opportunity to stay at the Rowganstown Hotel and Country Club. Much to our delight it was the needed rest and relaxation we were hoping for. We enjoyed some of Ireland's fine local food and drink sitting by a crackling fire. Our room was nice, large bathroom and pretty view. Ahhhh... this will be our stop to and... More

Stayed here as I won a competition with Facebook. Brought my boyfriend and my parents. The rooms are very basic, more like 3 star. No flat screen tv and a super old kettle, but it kind of fits in with the charm of the Hotel. The bed is really big and really comfy! The hotel is very quiet and lacks... More

We stayed in the Roganstown for four nights (Tuesday to Friday) and while the rooms and facilities were ok, I took particular issue with how indifferent the staff seemed to be. I make an absolute point of extending pleases and thank you in every interaction, my experience from most of the staff (particularly in the bar and breakfast room) is... More
