Great place to eat when in Roscommon. Wonderful fish chowder, freshly made breads, fresh vegetables, great menu choices, nice atmosphere in the restaurant, and also a small cafe next door. Very good service. Food high quality and good price.

The hotel is in a good location in the centre of town. The room was very comfortable and a decent size. They left some nice cookies for us also, which was a nice touch! We had a great breakfast that was made with quality ingredients. The hospitality shown by all staff was excellent.

I stopped off on the way from Kilkenny to Sligo to get something to eat in Roscommon. The meal in Gleeson Town house was excellent. Roast chicken followed by lovely price of apple tart with great cup of tea. Set off on the road rested, revieved and well fed. Will stop there again.
